Saturday
11:00 Departure from the Hôtel du Golf in the company of Olivier, a friend of the house and mountain guide, and start picking, followed by a meeting with the village foresters.
1.30 p.m. Time to eat! A snack woodcutter in the forest
16:30 to 18:00 back at the hotel to the hotel, sorting and collective cleaning of mushrooms, observation
8:00 pm Astérales menu in 4 courses on the theme of mushrooms and autumn, served with wines in pairing
