Notre séjour champignons et découverte de la forêt est une occasion au détour d’une cueillette, de rencontrer ceux qui vivent par et pour la forêt… Nous parlerons avec eux de la gestion des forêts, de l’histoire et de l’avenir de leur métier avant de partager le « casse-croûte » tous ensemble.

Programme complet :

Saturday

11:00 Departure from the Hôtel du Golf in the company of Olivier, a friend of the house and mountain guide, and start picking, followed by a meeting with the village foresters.

16:30 to 18:00 back at the hotel to the hotel, sorting and collective cleaning of mushrooms, observation
